Super Bowl Recap

The game was spectacular! Harrison's 100-yard interception touchdown was equaled by his post-play smackdown that made Madden cringe! It was a fantastic game to watch.

It was great to see a familiar face in one of the Super Bowl commercials. Rob Zabrecky, who played a role in Élan Vital, was in the Denny's mobster commercial.

The Boss and his band of icons - Little Steven, Clarence, Max, etc. - were a great act. It was especially good to see all the middle-aged, slightly wrinkled hands (which give away age much of the time) in the audience waving and cheering. Commercial TV doesn't need to be "hip" or "current" or "youth oriented" all the time. Consumers are consumers, I guess.

I'm glad I didn't indulge in too much gluttony: Just three Buffalo wings, three BBQ wings, some vegetables and ranch dressing dip, some chips and bean dip, and four beers. Not too bad for game day, right?
