When the sun goes down on Christmas Day, I guess that means Christmas is over. Anyhow, this is what Christmas Eve dinner (and to a great extent, Christmas Day lunch) looked like:
Soup (chicken)
Pellegrino water
Turkey
Meatloaf
Mashed potatoes
Gravy
Cranberry sauce
Green beans
Merlot
Shiraz/Cabernet blend
Cheddar (sharp)
Fontina
Mozzarella
Prunes
Sheepherder's bread
Red JELL-O
Orange JELL-O
Green JELL-O
Whipped cream
Okay, it kind of looks like a Thanksgiving meal, as well. Needless to say, I'm no longer the weight written on my driver's license. Anyhow, the holiday season has really slowed down my productivity, so it's back to work I go.
Also, if you celebrated last night and/or today, I hope you had a Merry Christmas!
